BIM-TUN will at its option, repair or replace APPLICATION without cost for parts and labor when BIM-TUN fixed found defects or prepared updates. This warranty service is limited to 1 year from license activation moment. The warranty service may be renewed as an additional service with separate fee.
Rights to Use What We Own
This license does not permit you, and you agree not to: reproduce, republish, modify, upload, translate, scrape, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute, transfer, transmit, decompile, reverse engineer, reverse assemble, decipher or otherwise attempt to discover any programming code or any source code used in APPLICATION or otherwise distribute in any way other than as specifically permitted in this Agreement. You are allowed to use APPLICATION output at your own decision and risk.
We will provide you license keys which allow APPLICATION setup on two different personal computer or laptop configurations. You allowed to contact BIM-TUN support to obtain additional key.
Refund Policy
We offer refunds to any unsatisfied customer up to 30 days after the purchase was made. If you would like your money back, simply send us an email. The 30-day money-back guarantee does NOT apply after you activated license.
Termination
We may modify, replace, refuse access to, suspend or discontinue the APPLICATION, Site, Services, partially or entirely, or add, change and modify prices for all or part of the Services for you or for all our users at any time and in our sole discretion. All of these changes shall be effective upon their posting on the Site or by direct communication to you unless otherwise noted. BIM-TUN reserves the right to suspend or revoke APPLICATION for any reason to protect the BIM-TUN brand and policies as well as protecting all companies, dealers, affiliates and customers involved.

f. Due to security reason Application can be run only on real (physical) PC or laptop. No virtual machine is supported.
